-Have 1–2+ years of experience (prenatal/postpartum experience is an asset)
-Care about outcomes and building strong client relationships
-Are curious, open to learning, and committed to growing your skills
-Are comfortable treating prenatal/postpartum clients and pelvic or abdominal concerns
(mentorship provided if you’re developing in this area)
-Enjoy working with both men and women
-Are in good standing with the CMTO
-Bring a warm, personable, and compassionate approach to care
