About the Clinics and Clubs:

The Toronto Athletic Club Sport Medicine Clinic and Adelaide Clinic have an opening for a Massage Therapist to complement our multi-disciplinary teams located in the heart of the financial district. Our team of clinic services includes family physicians, psychotherapy, physiotherapy, athletic therapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, Pedorthist, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Our diverse group of active patients ranges from the weekend warrior and amateur athletes to professional athletes from a wide range of sports.

Our clinics are located in two of the leading fitness facilities in Toronto, owned and operated by the Cambridge Group of Clubs (CGoC). The CGoC is a collection of 3 unique health and fitness clubs, serving an exclusive membership of leaders, executives and professionals in the downtown core, The Toronto Athletic Club, the Adelaide Club and the Cambridge Club.

The membership capacity for the 3 clubs totals approximately 6,500 members. The Cambridge Group of Clubs is dedicated to perfecting the fitness, health and sports club experience through continuous innovation and the highest standards of service and knowledge. We offer modern and sophisticated surroundings, state-of-the-art equipment and an educated staff who provide a highly personalized service. Clinics are open to both members and non-members of the clubs.

About the Role:

The Toronto Athletic Club Sport Medicine Clinic and Adelaide Clinic are looking for a motivated and outgoing Massage Therapist that is a team player, compassionate, active and enjoys working with a healthy & fit clientele. Someone who practices and supports an integrated approach to health care to complement our multi-disciplinary teams located in the heart of the financial district.

Responsibilities:

• This position is for full time hours starting at minimally 25 hours of available treatment time.

• Practice building includes networking with the club's membership, actively participating in specific club and clinic events, and building both internal and external referral sources.

• Ability to organize and implement strategic repeatable marketing and networking systems to help grow and enhance their practice on an annual basis.

Optimal skill requirements:

· Must be a Registered Massage Therapist and in good standing (one year experience preferred)

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Strong manual therapy skills with a commitment to continuing to develop their skill-set toolbox.

· Works well in a team based and multidisciplinary environment

· Experience working with athletes as well as working with an active population is a must.

Compensation:

· We offer a fee-for-service commission percentage split based on billed revenue. Potential earnings for a Full Time Therapist (min 25 hours/wk of treatment - $60,000 to $80,000 projected annual earnings)

· The therapist will receive a fitness membership at the Club for them and their spouse.

· Staff discounts on various clinic and club services.
