Company description

At Paradigm Health Inc. our goal is to provide effective health services in the workplace. Our services provide employees/patients with flexibility on when to attend an appointment, saving them commuting time to and from a clinic, while taking care of their health.

We are a mobile company but you will only be going to one office/business per day and will remain in that space for the duration of the contract. This means you will not have to set-up and take down tables etc multiple times per day. Any business that has contracted our services will have existing clientele that will keep you busy from day one!

Job description (Kawartha Lakes)

Remuneration:

% of amounts billed (70/30 split in favour of therapist)
Requirements:

Received a registered massage therapist certificate at college and has a registered massage therapist license to practice in Ontario through CMTO
Liability insurance of in accordance with CMTO guidelines
Excellent customer service skills Excellent record keeping of confidential patient records in accordance to CMTO guidelines
Required have a mobile massage table and/or mobile massage chair
Required to have cleanliness or massage table paper and cleaning/sanitation solutions
Expectations:

Effectively assess and provide treatment based on the patient’s health issues.
Educate patients on follow-up plans and expectations regarding future appointments in order to meet their goals.
Maintain and record all assessment and clinical notes through documentation.
Demonstrate professionalism at all times.
Uphold patient rapport with strong communication skills.
Invoice rendered treatments in a timely manner (to Paradigm Health Inc.)
Strong time management skills.
Report any issues to the Paradigm Health Inc. management team in a timely manner.

Additional Pay:

Any gratuity given by patients are 100% the property of the therapist (however gratuities should not be expected nor requested by the therapist in any manner).
Schedule:

6-8 hour shifts, 1-2 days/week(days are flexible at the moment but must be between Mon-Fri)

Experienced therapist as well as new graduates are welcome to apply
