Yonge & Wellness Massage Therapy and Health Studio is looking for an AWESOME RMT to join our already AWESOME TEAM! Owned and operated by Sylvia Bianchi, RMT, and Christopher Flint, RMT. Y&W is needing to add 3 new RMTs to cover demand with a great opportunity to build a practice.

Y&W has been in business for 13 years and offers a great professional and friendly atmosphere with team collaboration. Our family of practitioners currently consists of 8 RMTs, 2 Chiropractors, and 1 TCM practitioner. Located within a growing residential community, we are busier each year with 85% of our business from massage therapy. We have been utilizing online booking for 13 years, now using JaneApp.com for both online booking and digital record keeping. JaneApp is highly appealing for both practitioners and clientele.

Days we need filled are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Other days are available.

This position is on a commission basis – with the RMT earning 60% of the billed fee. With the 60% split going to the RMT the rate would be $58.20 (based on a one-hour treatment @ $97).

With the 40% rental fee, Yonge & Wellness provides a room with an electric table (up/down), clean linens and towels, (we do not include massage lotion/oil), hydrotherapy equipment, reception 6-7 days per week, online booking (JaneApp) with electronic SOAP notes, marketing via a company website, social media, and Google ad-words.

The ideal candidate must employ exemplary responsibility for time management and commitment to tasks and support strong customer service within a team setting. The main responsibilities of this role are primary to customer care such as providing safe and effective treatments and providing necessary health advice and referrals. The candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and have proficient listening skills and assessment. The ideal candidate must be in good standing with the CMTO. RMT graduates are welcome!
