As a Sutherland-Chan alum (Class of 2005, coming up on 20 years!), I like to think my career longevity is thanks to Ian Kamm’s legendary business tips and Michael’s anatomy lessons, equal parts educational and stand-up comedy. After graduating, I even returned to teach at the school for a couple of years.

Some of the very best therapists I’ve had the pleasure of working with have been Sutherland-Chan grads. I’m posting here in hopes of connecting with fellow alumni for my RMT-owned clinic in uptown Toronto. Recently, two of our long-standing RMTs retired after more than 15 years of practice with us, both began their careers here straight out of school. Now, it’s time to pass the torch to the next generation of talented therapists.

About the Role
We’re a supportive, collaborative team dedicated to helping therapists grow professionally while delivering outstanding care to our (very loyal!) clients.

We’re looking for:
- A skilled RMT, ideally with 1–2+ years’ experience, but new grads are welcome to apply (mentoring available).
- Availability on weekends (hours flexible) and/or weekday afternoons & evenings (approx. 2:30/3:00 PM – 8:00/9:00 PM).

Qualifications
- CMTO registration in good standing
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Interest in holistic care and professional growth
- Bonus (but not required): training in acupuncture, MLD, cupping, MFR, hot stones, fascial stretch, sports and rehab etc.
