When are you moving?

We will be moving to our new location in Spring 2020! Stay tuned for our Grand Opening details.

If you are a patient at our onsite Student Clinic you can sign up to our email list. Please contact Robert Rodbourne at robert@sutherland-chan.com to be the first to hear of these details and the promotions we run each month at the clinic.

Is there going to be parking available?

Yes, there will be parking available. We will have 30 spots for our students and faculty to use. More details to come about renting those spots! There is also additional paid parking onsite for students and Student Clinic patients.

Currently, the hourly rates are as follows:

Daytime Monday-Friday 6am-6pm

  • $1.50 each half hour
  • $6 maximum 6am-6pm 

Evenings and Weekends

  • $3 maximum 5pm-6am
  • Saturday & Sunday 6am-6pm

Will there be bike parking available?

Yes, we are working with the landlord now to provide additional onsite parking. Once it is up we will share the locations it is available around the building.

Currently there is bike parking available across the street at the Real Canadian Superstore.

What transit routes are nearby?

There are many public transit routes that stop nearby. Here are some of the routes that are available from various subway stations that stop a few minutes away from our front door:

  • Eglinton Station: 34 Bus
  • Kennedy Station: 34 Bus
  • Broadview: 100 Bus
  • Pape Station: 925 Bus
  • Don Mills: 25, 925 Bus

I see the Eglinton Crosstown LRT is being built in front of the school. When is that set to be completed?

Currently the LRT is set to be complete in 2021. You can stay up to date with the construction process by clicking here.

What is the school close to?

Our new location is in an up and coming neighbourhood close to the Don Mills and Eglinton intersection.

Are you taking the whole building?

No. Our school will be on parts of 3 floors:

1st floor

The first floor will have a separate Student Clinic reception area/entrance, 3 practical rooms, and our student study areas.

Ground floor (patio level)

The garden level basement floor will have 2 lecture rooms and a practical room with floor to ceiling windows and doors leading out to our student patio. There will also be our library, student kitchen and locker room.

3rd floor

The 3rd floor will house all the administrative offices, admissions office and faculty lounge.
