Through hands-on techniques, deep anatomical understanding, and a patient-centred approach, the Osteopathic Manual Practitioners we train strive to restore mobility, function and well-being to our patients. Program Details

Four years of part-time in-school study (5 to 6 consecutive days in class every 4-5 weeks), followed by a 5th year dedicated to final exams, projects, and clinical practice.

This journey will challenge you, inspire you, and shape you into a skilled osteopathy practitioner. The knowledge and hands-on training you receive will not only enhance your practice but also develop the empathy and critical thinking required to become foundational healthcare providers.

Admission Requirements

Diploma of Osteopathy Program Admission requirements:

Applicants with bachelor or postgraduate degrees in health care with a manual therapy component may receive direct access to an osteopathy program. (Such as Physiotherapists, Doctors(MD), Athletic therapists, Chiropractors, Health Practitioners with combined qualifications , Occupational therapists)

Applicants with bachelor or postgraduate degrees in health sciences without a manual therapy component will need further training in human anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology , biomechanics , and orthopedic/neurologic assessment. (Such as Nutritionists, Kinesiologists, Midwives, Nurses, Naturopaths, Occupational therapists, Veterinarians, Homeopaths, Registered massage therapists.)

  • Transcript review for credit in courses involving human anatomy, physiology, pathology, biomechanics, and orthopedic/neurologic assessment maybe conducted.
  • Applicants without specified credits in these areas need to complete additional study in the deficient subjects via the preadmission courses we provide.
  • Additional clinic hours need to be completed prior to completion of the program in order to successfully graduate.
